A fun energetic workout and a healthy cooking class in the same night? Yes! It’s back! Fit Kitchen Bootcamp!

Jill Tanis has partnered with Jess Luepke and Dee Campanella of Valeo Personal Training to once again put together a comprehensive and very fun 4-week bootcamp for women.

Here’s how it works: The first portion of the evening, you will get a fantastic workout outdoors and when you’re done, you’ll move into the kitchen to learn to create healthy nourishing meals.

Are you someone who wouldn’t know where to begin with an exercise program? Or maybe you’re a veteran-fitness-buff looking for a boost to the same old routine? In this group program, Nationally Certified Personal Trainers Jess and Dee will lead you through the smartest and most innovative exercises to meet you where you’re at, show you how capable you are and give you the confidence and strength to be your best self. Each 40-minute written workout will be yours to keep, partnered with homework assignments for the week ahead. Take in the gorgeous Spring weather as you get your heart pumping and muscles moving.

After the workout is done, move your sweaty buns over to the kitchen and relax with a refreshing beverage and healthy cooking instruction. Whether you’ve never boiled water or you cook in your kitchen every day, this class is for multiple levels. Jill's goal is to help you feel comfortable and confident in cooking nutritious delicious recipes.

From breakfast and lunch recipes to dinners and desserts, snacks and salads, each week we’ll make and sample a variety of recipes. Whether you want to entertain or just enjoy healthy recipes at home, you’ll love these from-scratch, yet simple, efficient delicious recipes. Sample all that we make and leave with an action plan for the week ahead.

By the end of the 4-weeks you’ll have watched over 20 different recipes be prepared and you’ll have taken home over 40 new recipes.

Jill's goal is to help you reclaim your inner chef diva and feel confident and excited about moving into Summer choosing healthy foods for you and your family.
